Collection and required fields
We receive information directly through forms or email, and limited technical information through the server. Name, business, email and message are required in the form; phone is optional. You do not have to use the form. We may be unable to resolve an enquiry without sufficient contact information.
Recipients and infrastructure outside Northern Cyprus
Recipient groups are the authorised team handling your request, hosting/email providers and competent authorities where legally required. IHS server and backup locations will be confirmed during setup. Applicable conditions and any required transfer authorisation are assessed separately for transfers outside Northern Cyprus. This notice does not state that authorisation has been obtained or that all data stays in Northern Cyprus.

Use the email or postal address below to request information about your data, its sources, purposes and recipients, or to seek correction, erasure, blocking or object to processing where applicable. State your request and contact details; do not send identity documents initially. Proportionate verification may be requested if needed. Applicable statutory procedures and time limits apply, and your right to approach the competent Board is preserved.
